Getting There Giftset: July 2003

This gift set is inspired by the direct-to-video film Getting There and includes two outfits worn by the characters in the movie, a book adaptation of the film, and a variety of accessories. In addition to releasing dolls based on the film's characters, Mattel also introduced a series of Fashion Assortments - fashion packs featuring additional outfits from the movie.

Unfortunately, a recurring issue with this gift set is the mislabeling of images, with Mary-Kate's name mistakenly placed under Ashley and vice versa. This mix-up became a common problem in subsequent doll releases.
